Lisa Payne
Minister of Music
Lisa Payne is an Arlington native and has been attending GBC since she was six years old.
Lisa completed music courses at Northern Virginia Community College and is a former piano teacher. Lisa feels music is a universal language and an integral part of the worship experience by singing praises and giving glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Ramona Hayashi
Church Administrator
Ramona is GBC's Administrator. She makes all the wheels turn and run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Ramona joined GBC in August 2009.
Everyone in the neighborhood knows Ramona as she serves and lives in the community.

Chino Kearney
Transition Pastor
Rev. Chino was called to GBC on October 2, 2022, as the Transition Pastor. Rev. Chino began his ministerial career in the motorcycling community which, in time, expanded to include officiating weddings, baby dedications, funerals, and hundreds of "biker blessings." In 2015, he co-founded Freedom Biker Fellowship as a vehicle to reach the biker community that would not attend a traditional church. This ministry grew and became Pathfinders Fellowship Church meeting regularly in rented space in Woodbridge, VA.
Rev. Chino is the Chaplain of the Northern Virginia Christian Riders, Chapter 348 of the Christian Motorcyclists Association. He serves on the Deacon Board at Parkwood Baptist Church where he is a member and is currently a student at The John Leland Center for Theological Studies, School of Ministry.
